Each wax gets individually inspected for air pockets, porosity and surface imperfections prior to casting. Following the casting process, each piece gets hand inspected for quality assurance before leaving our facility. Surface corrections, modifications in sizing or repairs to final casts can be done with our in house laser welding machine. Utilizing this machine, modifications or corrections can be made even in mounted settings near the stones without damage.
