Quality Control
| Each wax gets individually inspected for air pockets, porisity and surface imperfections prior to casting. Following the casting process, each piece gets hand inspected for quality assurance before leaving our facility.
With quality confirmation checks at every stage of the production process, from wax making,  to mixing the investment,  to final cast, with 52 years of experience along with high technology machinery, we provide our clients with consistant, dependable results delivered on time. |
Surface corrections, modifications in sizing or repairs to
final casts can be made with our in-house laser welding machine. Utilizing this
machine, modifications or corrections can be made even in mounted settings near
the stones without damage. This service is highly valuable in assisting the customer
